The owner of The Sweet Life, a custom-design cakery in Annandale, VA.. He is the designer of extraordinary, one-of-a-kind  wedding cakes, a pastry chef, and an award-winning chocolatier. He also is famous for his custom-made molds. You will see a few of his molds in The  Sweet Life Series new book, "Wedding Cake Ensembles". Among his many accomplishments, award-winner Norman R. Davis has appeared in  The Washington Post and twice on the front cover of American Cake Decorating Magazine.  He has recently been commissioned bySugarcraft, a British cake decorating magazine to make two of  his original designs. Only a few Americans have ever  been awarded this honor.

He is  a real estate broker in Virginia and has been working with The Sweet Life for last ten years.  He has demonstrated his art at  ICES conventions and Cake and Sugar Artists of Northern Virginia meetings.    He also has appeared in American Cake Decorating Magazine.  He creates beautiful bows and accessories with Choco-Pan. He specializes in detailed hand-painted cakes and chocolate molds.  He did the detailed painting, food styling, layout and editing of the book, Wedding Cake Ensembles, Cakes for All Seasons.
